Chicken breast stuffed with pesto and served with a roasted tomato sauce

Vegetarian option: Aubergine stuffed with mushroom and sun dried tomato risotto finished with a tomato and coconut milk sauce (V)

A mango mousse torte on a sponge base with passion fruit glaze served with fresh cream
