Calming, Play and Create
Join the Active Coast Team for a calming, creative and exciting session that will guide participants through the basics of mindfulness in both movement and stillness. Participants will get to move their bodies, stretch and focus some energy into creative movement before coming together to create some nature inspired sand and stone art. Sound bowl Instruments will accompany the last part of the session where families can learn to play them alongside the sound of nature.
No previous experience is necessary, and all equipment is provided. Wear comfortable clothes and trainers for this Sports activity.
Tuesday 4 April
Meet: The Beach in front of Morrow Avenue, 57 Esplanade, Hornsea HU18 1NQ. Free parking is available in the car park.
Time: 1-2pm or 2-3pm
Age requirement: 5+
Cost: Free event, please book a place.

Meet: In front of the chalets on Bridlington South Cliff Beach. Parking is available in the car park, Bridlington, YO15 3QN but parking charges will apply.
