Bat Watching at Eastrington Ponds


Eastrington Ponds is a small tranquil nature reserve and a great place to watch bats flying after dusk. See pipistrelle bats flittering around the small meadow and Daubenton's bats hunting low over the pond. Listen tot heir echolocation calls on bat detectors with the East Yorkshire Bat Group and Countryside Access Team. What a great way to celebrate International Bat Night. Suitable for all ages.
